Not the highest or hardest climb in the region but it is very picturesque with multiple options to the top, making it a classic ride especially if starting near the coast or the Orba valley. The best views to be had are of the mountains to the west and the climb serves to whet your appetite for the rewards further afield. There's a popular German cafe at the summit and you'll find keen amateurs and perhaps the occasional Pro here in Spring taking respite after testing their legs on the shorter and consistent ascent from Parcent.
